Cross country gears up for fall meets
August 25, 2015Central Wyoming College cross country team went to Gillette August 22 to have a time trial with Gillette College. It was a cold Saturday morning for the team for the two and half mile practice run.
CWC’s faculty and staff enjoy in service activities to prepare for the new year
August 24, 2015This week Central Wyoming College faculty and staff are attending meetings and training sessions to prepare for the academic year. Today campus kicked off the session with a group breakfast followed by Colton Crane, board of trustees president, sharing his life experience and how education helped him and his family.

Meet CWC’s Cross Country Team
August 13, 2015Central Wyoming College students are starting to trickle to campus. The cross-country team started practicing August 3. This is Central’s second year for cross country in NJCAA Region IX.
CWC enjoys balloon rally
July 18, 2015Although the weather did not permit the balloons to launch, CWC members helped the pilots fill their balloons and enjoyed learning about ballooning.

Approved Funding allows CWC building enhancements
July 8, 2015The Wyoming Community College Commission has endorsed and the state Legislature has approved Level II funding for Central Wyoming College. Earlier this year CWC proposed for funding for two facilities: a Jackson Outreach construction and a new agriculture and animal science facility.
CWC rodeo team promises new talent
June 30, 2015Central Wyoming College rodeo team will have a talented lineup for this year’s season. Rodeo coach Drew Schrock has been busy recruiting new members for the team and this year many of them have been National High School Finals qualifiers.
