Wykstra to reflect lessons learned at CWC

Reflection is an essential part of growth and is at the center of life’s greatest lessons, which is a message Clarissa Wykstra wanted to share with her fellow classmates before they depart from Central Wyoming College. Wykstra will express her successes, struggles and life lessons she learned at CWC to the graduating class of 2019 at commencement on May 10 in the Robert A. Peck Arts Center theater.

Madeline Meidell grew up on a ranch in Harrison, Nebraska. She has seen the various spectrums of ranching and wants to help the ranching community by working with animals. Her goal is to someday have her own vet clinic.

Rustler Spotlight: Ike Lynn

Ike Lynn, a freshman at CWC, enjoyed living abroad before landing in Wyoming and attending college. He spent time in Hungary, Germany, Austria, Northern Italy, Romania and Slovenia doing humanitarian work. He traveled with a church group where they worked at camps for children, built churches and did other humanitarian work.

Former CWC Vice President Passes

Central Wyoming College faculty and staff received news last week that former Vice President and Dean of Academic Services, Dr. Joseph Dolan had passed away in Greeley, Colorado.
