Office Hours

I’m excited to be a part of shaping the future of nursing one student at a time. I am committed to creating a stimulating learning environment where students cultivate a passion for learning and develop their own commitment to making a difference. Selfishly, one of the great benefits of teaching is how much I can learn from students.”

Biography

Cathy has 30 years of nursing experience in a variety of roles and settings. Her most recent experience was at the St John’s Medical Center in Jackson, Wyoming. Cathy’s hope is to enrich the academic environment with real-life nursing scenarios and contribute to preparing students to be effective nurses. She enjoys the outdoor adventures the area provides but also spending time being lazy with a good book by a warm fire on a snowy day.

Why is CWC's nursing program so unique?

The CWC nursing program is dedicated to best practice in the ever-changing environment of health care. This means being current, flexible, creative and collegial.  Being a part of such a dynamic program 200 miles away from Riverton, in Jackson and growing nurses for that community too is a wonderful and unique opportunity.
