The presentation is open to the public and is scheduled for 4 p.m.

Amie Arland made the journey to Africa this past summer with Hand of Hope, an outreach of the Joyce Meyer Ministries. She said while in Ethiopia, Hand of Hope partnered with International Crisis Aid, providing dental and medical care. “In the five days of the clinic, over 2,100 people were cared for and over 7,500 medications were administered,” she said.

The mission also assisted in a feeding clinic and spent an evening with some women who were saved from the red light district in the capital city of Addis Ababa. Her presentation will provide additional information on Hand of Hope and International Crisis Aid as well as information on human sex trafficking and on how to become involved with future missions.
