Rodeo Booster Club sponsors March events

Central Wyoming College and the CWC Rodeo Booster Club present a number of events March, 1-3, including a clinic by Mike and Sherrylynn Johnson, a Youth Rodeo Roundup, an Intersquad Rodeo and a Banquet.

The Johnsons present a clinic on calf roping, breakaway roping, goat tying and barrels March 1 and March 3 at the CWC Equine Center.

 The Youth Rodeo Roundup is for regional K-12 students from 9-11 am. on Saturday March 2 at the Equine Center. Members of the rodeo team provide basic rodeo fundamentals free to youngsters. It is followed by the intramural rodeo.

The Johnsons are guest speakers at the annual Rodeo Banquet, which is held at the Wind River Casino on March 2. There are a limited number of tickets which can be purchased at the door for $45.

The clinic concludes on Sunday, May 3 which is followed by a Jackpot Rodeo. Contact Traci Hinman at 308-430-2338 for more details.
