Lyman girl signs to play basketball for CWC

May 29, 2015

Rachelle Harris from Lyman, Wyo., signed a letter of intent to play women’s basketball for Central Wyoming College.

Harris was a point guard for her high school team and the team was 2A state champions this last year. Harris averaged 7.9 points, 1.9 assists and 2.5 steals per game.

“Rachelle has a work ethic that you want every player to have,” said Serol Stauffenberg, CWC’s head coach for women’s basketball. “I’m excited to have a player who leads by example on the practice and game floor.  She is also successful in the FFA program locally and statewide.”
