Permaculture Design Workshop

Spend two days at CWC's historic apple orchard learning permaculture design through hands-on and lecture.
This 2+ day workshop will introduce students to permaculture design thinking through a mix of lecture and hands-on application. Our instructors are certified through the Permaculture Institute of North America (PINA) and will cover the following topics:
- Overview of permaculture ethics and principles
- Ecosystem functions and systems thinking
- Landscape interpretation and relationships between elements
- Strategies and techniques for designing permaculture projects
- Applying permaculture principles at a variety of scales
- Permaculture zoning, tree-guilding and food forest design
