Lynne has served CWC for nearly 20 years and is the dean for business, technical, health and safety programs. She also oversees workforce development and entrepreneurship programs at the college, which include the highly successful Start Up Intensive Program (SUI) in Jackson, Wyoming. The SUI now has more than 104 graduates with more than 70 percent success rates in launching businesses.
Prior to joining the college, Lynne worked in the workforce training and development field since 1983, and provided training and consulting services to businesses and their employees on a variety of topics such as leadership, management, customer service and improving performance. Lynne also served as vice president of an $80 million furniture corporation, and has senior level executive experience in management, advertising, marketing, operations, training and development. She has a Masters in Leadership Studies: Organizational Design and Improvement from City University, Seattle, Washington.
