All students and employees should report to the college if they are exposed to any person known to have the COVID-19 virus. The college will follow current CDC/WDH guidelines in protecting the college community and limiting further exposure.
Employees: CWC employees will remain working remotely, in accordance with the Governor’s order until at least April 30, 2020, operating CWC’s virtual campus functions. The few essential campus services that require employees to come to campus will follow all COVID19 health recommendations and will follow the protocol listed in the employee internal operations form.
Students: All students who are attending courses virtually will continue to do so through the completion of the spring semester. In consultation with the Fremont County Public Health Officer, CWC has withdrawn the exception request for students to receive limited instruction on campus. Students have been contacted by Vice President Cory Daly as of April 3, 2020, with this Information and will be contacted by their instructors with further options.
Public Access to Campuses: All College Campuses will remain Closed to PUBLIC EVENTS (Main Campus-Riverton and Equine Center, Lander Center and ASI, Jackson Center, and Dubois Center) through Sunday, May 10, 2020. Examples of public events canceled include Rotary lunch, commencement, nurse’s pinning, Jackson commencement, public access to the library and all other college facilities, etc).
CWC will continue to operate virtually by assisting students and the community for any needs regarding admissions to CWC which includes housing, financial aid, scholarship information and other information regarding enrollment at CWC. For department contact information please go to www.cwc.edu/about/directory/Current CWC students will receive information regarding classes from their instructors. All students who are currently living on campus will have the essential provisions needed. The CWC Dean of Students will be available to assist any students living on campus.

It's time to register for Fall 2020 classes! Advising Day is Tuesday, April 7th, 2020.
The CWC virtual campus is still in operation. Please DO NOT come to campus for advising.
Current students should contact their Faculty Advisors, new students should contact Rustler Central 307-855-2115. Success Coaches are available, too! Registration will be open from April 7 through the first day of classes. We recommend that students should register before the end of spring semester!
