Title IV Cash Managment
Under the Title IV cash management regulations, institutions are required to publicly disclose any contract with a financial account provider that provides Title IV credit balances to students (known as a Tier One or Tier Two Arrangement) and report the URL of those contracts to the Secretary of Education to include in a centralized database.
